Yellow Door Bistro at Hotel Arts
Yellow Door Bistro is the latest restaurant to be launched by the Hotel Arts Group. Following on the successes of Raw Bar at Hotel Arts and Chef's Table at Kensington Riverside Inn, Yellow Door Bistro will seat 112 patrons for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
The design marries classical elements and contemporizes them with some unexpected and almost whimsical surprises which become instantly evident upon entering the restaurant space.
Much like the décor, Executive Chef Duncan Ly will prepare bistro-inspired dishes with a reverence for classic ingredients but served up with a contemporary twist. Yellow Door Bistro will also feature an enomatic wine program with 1oz, 3oz and 5oz pours of diverse wines. In addition, our patrons will be able to enjoy a classic cocktail menu.

Raw Bar at Hotel Arts features Pacific-Rim influenced cuisine in a contemporary lounge-style setting. Executive Chef Duncan Ly, Sous Chef Jinhee Lee and their team display their talents at a chef-attended action station where Crab & Mango Rolls and Albacore Tuna & Salmon Sashimi reign supreme. Raw Bar is popular for an array of exotic dishes with Asian-fusion accents like Pad Thai, Sweet & Spicy Chicken Tenders and Chili Braised Short Rib.
Raw Bar is also renowned for its cocktail program that is winning awards and fans everywhere. Raw Bar General Manager Christina Mah and her team have won a host of cocktail competitions including the prestigious Calgary Cocktail Challenge. These expert mixologists take great pride in concocting unique elixers for the cocktail crowd with fresh ingredients and premium liquors.
