Raw Bar at Hotel Arts

Raw Bar at Hotel Arts features Pacific-Rim influenced cuisine in a contemporary lounge-style setting. Chef Duncan Ly and his team display their talents at a chef-attended action station where Crab and Mango Rolls, Tuna Tataki and the Seafood Platter reign supreme. Raw Bar is also popular for a wide range of other exotic dishes including Togorashi Spiced Squid, Pad Thai, Queen Charlotte Halibut Salad, and Thai Lobster Bisque.

Cocktails in the Raw Bar

Raw Bar also is renowned for its cocktail program that is winning awards and fans everywhere. The Raw Bartenders have won a host of cocktail competitions including the prestigious Calgary Summer Cocktail Challenge. These expert mixologists take great pride in concocting unique elixers for the cocktail crowd with fresh ingredients and premium liquors.Raw Bar also has an extensive wine-by-the-glass program and an eclectic mix of beers including some local favourites.

Private Events in the Raw Bar

Raw Bar also features a private dining area that can be booked for special events. Ideal for groups ranging from 8 to 30, the Upper Raw Bar is a great locale for a working lunch, networking session, wine tasting or special group dinner. Raw Bar & the Poolside Patio

Weather permitting in the Spring, Summer and Fall, enjoy the Raw Bar menu as you relax poolside. Bring your sunglasses, SPF sunscreen and an excuse for that extended lunch. Please note, however, that the Poolside might be booked for private events as it one of Calgary’s most unique dining locations.  Take the Raw Bar experience outside with our spectacular poolside patio. Dine in an urban oasis, surrounded by South Beach-inspired décor and original art. Service from 11:00am until dark (7:00pm), weather permitting.
