All of Hotel Arts’ 175 designer rooms feature inviting contemporary décor with pillow-top beds, pedestal sinks and spa bath amenities. The newly restyled Studio Rooms, Luxury Rooms and Luxury Suites feature espresso and chocolate décor, triple-sheeted duvet covers, inviting high quality linens, Aveda bath amenities, personal iPod docks (in suites only) and LCD flat screen televisions.

A spa-like escape doesn’t mean you can’t stay productive. Our rooms also feature plasma TVs, high speed Internet, cordless phones and work desks.

Pets

We are pleased to welcome both you and your pet to the Hotel Arts.

In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you follow the policies listed below:

• A flat fee of $30.00 per night will be applied to your account to cover the cleaning of all fabrics and carpets after your departure, so the room is as welcoming for future guests as it was when you arrived.
• Your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the hotel.
• Under no circumstances are pets to be left in the hotel unattended.
