The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many of the cherished traditions we enjoy, especially milestone celebrations like weddings. Prior to the pandemic, couples had been looking forward to their special day whether it was with us, at Hotel Arts, in the mountains for a mini escape, or anywhere else. Unfortunately, all these plans needed to be postponed, rescheduled, and cancelled due to government restrictions on gathering.
Despite the pandemic, we remained optimistic and maintained a positive outlook to focus our energies on coming up with creative solutions. Our artisans did just that. Rather than dwell on ‘what could have been’ and allow the situation to further dampen our spirits, our incredible team got to work. We dove deep into our well of creativity to dream up an innovative & safe way to host wedding ceremonies at our boutique hotel.
Knowing the challenges inherent in physical distancing, especially during times of celebration, we unveiled a balcony wedding concept that would be safe & memorable for everyone. Our team worked closely with like-minded partners like Lynn Fletcher Weddings & Presentation Services Audio Visual (PSAV) to make this dream a reality. We pulled off a unique Poolside Patio wedding ceremony where invited guests can be witness to the nuptials from the safety of balconies of the Luxury Rooms overlooking the pool at Hotel Arts. It was magical to have the wedding couple surrounded by all their friends & family (safely from distance) to help them celebrate their special day.
Our Poolside Balcony Wedding is the perfect way to get married on a gorgeous patio with the freedom to invite your guests so they can enjoy a unique bird’s eye view of the ceremony from a safe distance.
