What makes an award winning brunch?

Let’s take a minute to celebrate the meal of all meals. Brunch.

Brunch is a celebration of that time between breakfast and lunch when you’re in no rush with nowhere else to be but right here eagerly awaiting mouth-watering creations to be brought out from the kitchen. It cries for an extra long lingering at the table until every last drop is enjoyed. It’s perfect if you add a carafe of coffee, your favourite mimosas and great company to match.

Yellow Door Bistro is passionate about it, and their elevated buffet offerings every single week. Our Chefs buzz with excitement as they anticipate the weekend, and what creative energy they can infuse into the menu.

The sky is the limit for our brunch buffet, with a parade of eggs benedict , cheeses, fruits, pastries and other sweet and savoury dishes. You can also order à la carte and dig into a middle-eastern inspired omelet or watch the custard ooze out of your stuffed French Toast.

Brunch is served every weekend and on statutory holidays from 9:00am – 2:30pm.

Hotel Arts remains open for business to all hotel guests! Please note, as per the Government of Alberta’s COVID-19 public health requirements, effective on Monday September 20th, in order to provide in-person Food & Beverage Service, Meetings and Events, and for hotel guest access to our swimming pool and fitness centre, guests and/or attendees must be prepared to show proof of vaccination, negative test results, or vaccination exemption documents. Room service will be available to those guests unable to provide this documentation. Masks will remain mandatory in all public areas of the hotel.
