We always look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones to celebrate special occasions with staycations at Hotel Arts and Hotel Arts Kensington, mouth-watering dinners in Yellow Door Bistro and Oxbow, or some time spent by the pool at Poolside by Hotel Arts.

2020 has served up some curve balls to our traditional plans with COVID-19 but our team is well-versed at developing innovative solutions to overcome these challenges.

This year, things are a little bit different. While we are excited to welcome our guests that are able to dine out at our venues, we also want to provide a memorable Father’s Day Feast for our patrons who are unable to venture out or who are wary about in-restaurant experiences. We don’t want you to miss out on treating to something delicious this year so we’re bringing our Father’s Day dinner to you!

Chefs Quinn Staple and Scott Redekopp, along with their team in Yellow Door Bistro, have created an incredible feast available for online pre-order with curbside pick-up at Hotel Arts on June 20th or June 21st for you to enjoy at home.

Father’s Day Dinner Menu (each kit feeds 2 people)

Seafood Cocktail

      • 4 Marinated Tiger Prawns
      • 2 Marinated Jumbo Scallops
      • 6oz Split Crab Legs
      • Cocktail sauce
      • Fresh Lemon

1lb (500 gram) 12 hour Sous Vide Garlic & Herb Alberta Prime Rib

1 bottle of house-made BBQ sauce

1 bottle of house-made Chimichurri sauce

Guajilo Espresso Rub

1 Bunch Grilled Asparagus with Caesar Crème Fraîche

2 Loaded Baked Potatoes with Double-Smoked Bacon Bits, Roast Garlic Sour Cream & Sliced Green Onion

2 Slices of Strawberry & Ricotta Pie with Vanilla Chantilly

You’ll be able to warm up your Father’s Day Feast simply and hassle-free with our easy-to-follow heating instructions.

Pro-tip: Every good dinner needs good libations to go along with it. Take dinner to another level by adding a bottle of wine or some local brew by our friends at Village Brewery.
