Each year, International Women’s Day rolls around and is a time to reflect and celebrate the impressive progress that women at all levels of the career ladder have made in recent decades. While we know women deserve celebration and recognition every day, International Women’s Day shines the spotlight on women’s contributions as well as their fight for equality.
Today- and everyday – we stand with this movement and look inwards at how we challenge bias, stereotypes and the glass ceiling in the workplace and beyond.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #BreakTheBias. which we saw as an opportunity to shine the spotlight and share the stories of a few women on our leadership team at Hotel Arts.
These women share many characteristics: strength, determination, intelligence, and an undeniable passion for the hospitality industry in Calgary.
