This year’s theme for International Women's Day is #BreakTheBias, which we took as an invitation to shine the spotlight and share the stories of a few of our women in leadership who continue to challenge the glass ceiling.

At Hotel Arts Group, diversity and inclusion are an important part of our culture. Regardless of age, gender, religious belief, heritage or sexual orientation, we believe that every one of our artisans should have a welcomed place at the table.

Each year, International Women’s Day rolls around and is a time to reflect and celebrate the impressive progress that women at all levels of the career ladder have made in recent decades. While we know women deserve celebration and recognition every day, International Women’s Day shines the spotlight on women’s contributions as well as their fight for equality.

Today- and everyday – we stand with this movement and look inwards at how we challenge bias, stereotypes and the glass ceiling in the workplace and beyond.
