The Government of Alberta has imposed a new series of restrictions to curb the spread of COVID-19. These include the mandated closure of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and swimming pools for a minimum period of 4 weeks, effective Sunday, December 13th. Poolside by Hotel Arts, Yellow Door Bistro, Raw Bar and Oxbow in Hotel Arts Kensington will be closed for this period.
We are diligent in following AHS and Government recommendations to prioritize the safety of our guests, employees, and community. Of course, we are saddened not to be able to offer you the full suite of amenities at our Hotels with the closure of our pool and restaurants. You, our inner-circle, will be the first to know when we can re-open these amenities to take the edge off winter with Endless Summer at Hotel Arts. You will also be the first to know when we are ready to launch our highly anticipated Golf Sim Studios at Hotel Arts!
In the meantime, our Hotel is open and ready to safely welcome guests. Pamper yourself with the utmost relaxation and feel like you’ve been transported to a cozy hideaway. Fall into comfort with our plush bedding; enjoy stylish and modern décor; and savour in-room dining, all from your luxury room at Hotel Arts. In-room dining will be available for breakfast between the hours of 7:00 am – 10:00 am, and for dinner between 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Let us take care of the cooking this holiday season. Perfect for any size of gathering, dinner for one, a virtual friends-mas dinner, or a household family celebration. Our take-home Christmas dinner includes carved turkey breast and confit turkey leg stuffing (plus all the fixings) with easy instructions to re-heat at home.
Take-Home New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in the New Year with a gourmet dinner by Yellow Door Bistro to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Chef Quinn Staple has prepared a special menu (paired with a bottle of bubbles), designed to inspire celebration.
Start with a chilled seafood platter featuring split lobster tail, poached prawns, split crab legs, poached scallops, shucked oysters with cocktail sauce and saffron aioli. For your main, savour Chef Quinn’s beef wellington roast with braised beef short rib, foie gras, mushrooms, puff pastry, raclette pomme purée and baby carrots. For dessert, enjoy a chocolate fondue for two, with strawberries, cake, cookies and rice crispies.

Your favourite holiday scents and sips in the comfort of your own kitchen. With curbside pick-up from Hotel Arts our Mulled Wine Kit features Chef Quinn Staple’s favourite ingredients and recipe for mulled wine. Includes dry red wine, brandy, maple syrup, dehydrated citrus, orange and mulling spices.
Sweet Treats Holiday Box & House Made Eggnog
Sweet treats to go. Chef Quinn Staple has created a 42-piece box of the sweetest holiday treats with an array of your favourites, including house made chocolate turtles, peppermint nut & dried fruit chocolate bark, and spiced German ginger cookies. As well as our signature inventive delights like hand painted chocolate bon bons, chocolate lollipops and boozy chocolate pâté. All paired with a jar of house made eggnog.

As we welcome our valued guests to our establishments, Hotel Arts Group has implemented a number of new protocols to ensure the safety of everyone, while maintaining our full service model.
Throughout your experience, you will see new protocols in place to ensure guest and Artisan (staff) safety. Physical distancing measures will be in place with signage, wayfinding, directional markers, table spacing, stanchions, plastic shields, elevator notices, and traffic flow decals to promote 2-metre distancing between all individuals. We have also decreased shared contact points and increased all cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
